What ages can the bibs be worn?

ShuSha Baby bibs are perfectly suited for children ranging from 5 months old to 3 years old. This can also depend on your child’s size.

What if my baby chews on the bib?

Our bibs are non-toxic and no colourants will leak through from the bib.

General safety precautions associated with any regular bib use must be applied to the general use of this bib.

These bibs must be removed from your baby when sleeping at all times.

Does the bib show wet marks or marks after being used?

As our bibs are made from genuine leather, they can get wet but will quickly dry. You can also easily clean the bib by simply wiping it off with a damp cloth. The leather will not let wet leak through, but there is a small chance that it can be stained by inks and other harsh ingredients.

Where is the bibs manufactured?

All of our bibs are handmade in Cape Town, South Africa!

What is the best way to wash the bibs?

Cleaning a ShuSha Baby bib is simple. Wipe it off with a damp cloth and you’re set! There is also no need to use detergents as it may stain or ruin the bib.

Can I wash the bib in the washing machine or tumble dryer?

Definitely not! Placing a ShuSha Baby bib in a washing machine or tumble dryer will ruin the material. Also, be sure to keep the bib out of direct sunlight as it dries.

Can you mix and match colors and drawings to make your own bib when purchasing online?

Unfortunately, not currently. The colours and images we have available in our store are the only options for now. Keep your eyes peeled for additional ranges and options in the near future!

How do I order online?

It couldn’t be easier! Select your product and quantity, then click ‘Add to Cart’. Add each product you’d like to the cart before proceeding to Checkout. Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner and complete the payment prompts.

How long will my order take?

Depending on where you’re situated, delivery times may differ. Worldwide deliveries can take up to 7 days.  Deliveries within South Africa may take up to 3 days. All orders will be dispatched between Mondays and Fridays only and not on weekends & public holidays.

All our products include FREE worldwide tracked courier delivery. We require a physical address and contact number (courier items cannot be delivered to PO boxes). Please ensure you provide the correct day time delivery address and
contact number!

Will I be charged any Duties and Taxes?

Depending on the country your ShuSha Baby bib is delivered to, you may be charged extra duties and taxes. We take no responsibility for these extra charges and it is up to you to contact your local customs office for more information. Please ensure that you receive an invoice from your local customs office should you be required to pay extra fees.

Shipping:

Do you delivery to other countries?

Yes! We deliver worldwide.

How much do you charge for shipping?

South African customers will be charged an estimate of R79.00 per order. This will include  a tracking code. If you’re based outside of South Africa, the  delivery fee will be an estimate of $25.00 per order.

This applies to up to 4 bibs per order, per package*

Which couriers do you use?

We use Aramex to deliver all international products, a tracking number will be sent via the provided email address once the product has been dispatched. All orders can be tracked via Aramex.com.

Please note that in some countries, products may be passed on to a 3rd party couriers which could affect the tracking and/or delivery times.

Deliveries within South Africa are sent via Pargo.co.za and can be tracked via their website.

Returns:

What if I want to return my purchase?

Each of our ShuSha Baby bibs are thoroughly inspected for errors after production and before being sent off for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns once a product has been shipped and delivered. If you have any questions about your product, please feel free to email us via hello@shushababy.com and we’ll do everything we can to make your experience a good one.
